I've had a gastric bypass and am post menopausal. The brain fog from Menopause is a beast for me. I'm finding my memory is better since starting, I have more energy and am feeling much better over all. It seems like my metabolism is naturally getting better because I feel better. I took it for the first time today. I work in construction and had a hour and a half ride before getting to the jobsite. I took it when I woke up. So I was wired about 30 mins into my ride lol. Tomorrow I will take it when I'm 30 mins from the site. But it gave me a boost for about 5 hrs. Had to take it again at lunch to keep me going. But it does work.

I’m on my second bottle. I usually buy things like this, I take it for a few days and don’t really notice a difference. So I just stop taking it. With this product I felt better after the first time taking it , calmer & relaxed and have more energy.

I purchased this product over a week ago and I’m usually skeptical on things like this and often put it down to a placebo effect of some sort, but these really do work! I did have to up the recommended dosage, but I feel waaaaayyyy more motivated and calm. I absolutely love this product and will be a customer for life.
