Starting taking it a week ago, 1 pill in the am. No jitters, just calm energy through the day. I no longer have that afternoon crash.
I have been taking this product for approximately one month now. At first I wasn't sure if it was doing anything for me. Then I realized I was getting more done and not feeling tired like I was. Feel like I have a clear head and can focus better. I recently purchased two more bottles and I am anxious to see how it goes from here.
